There is no doubt that Thanksgiving is approaching us, and everyone will be cooking!! I wanted to share with you a recipe that my sister shared with me. It's easy, quick, and mmmmmmmmmmmmm good!
***You will have to increase the amounts depending on your family size.***
1 cup on Sour Cream
1 can of Cream of Broccoli
1 bag of Broccoli bits (unfrozen, and drained)
1 lb of Boneless Chicken (or Tyson Chicken Strips)
1 bag of Shredded Cheese (of your choice)
1 box of Stove Top Stuffing
Cut the boneless chicken into small-medium pieces (if using the Tyson Strips skip cooking since it's already cooked). In a bowl mix the chicken, sour cream, cream of broccoli, broccoli bits, and some of the shredded cheese (save a cup of cheese for later).
Pour the mixture in a casserole dish, and top it with the cup of shredded cheese. Take the box of Stove Top Stuffing and follow the stove top directions, then spread it over the top of the casserole.
Bake at 350 degree for about 45 minutes, and ENJOY!!!!!
Thanks Sis!!!
